DCC has worked with stack conveyor since its founding in 1954. We have you covered whether you have fully stacked gallon milk crates heading for a cooler to be unitized and stored, or empty stacks waiting to be unstacked, washed, and recycled. Our knee-high, flush pan, and in-floor pan conveyor are constructed with 7-Gauge Stainless Steel and typically run rugged 3500 chain to reliably ensure a smooth, safe ride. For lengths of stack conveyor which are subject to accumulation we also have lift sections to relieve extra stress on the chain below. These come in the form of long square steel tubes that run the length of the conveyor. When the hydraulic cylinders are engaged, the stacks are lifted off the track, relieving the chain in that area. No matter the level of stack traffic, the distance, or the complexity of your stack conveyor lines, DCC has you covered.
