DCC manufactures a complete line of palletizers for use with dairy cases. These machines are custom designed to handle a multitude of case sizes, stack patterns, pallet dimensions, machine orientations, and discharge heights. All DCC built palletizers have the ability to interface with a variety of related equipment including stretch wrappers, banders, and roller conveyor transfers. They are also all PLC controlled, hydraulically operated, and rugged enough to work in the harshest environments. Their design will provide you with years of unequaled reliability with minimal maintenance effort.
A typical chain palletizer consists of three sections:
The magazine is loaded by forklift and empty pallets are dispensed using a bottom-out unstacking mechanism. The smooth operation of the pusher ensures stabile transfer of the stacks. Safety features include a photoeye which automatically stops the pusher if an obstruction is detected in the loading area. The discharge chain forwards the pallets from each station to the next. Full pallets automatically accumulate until they are picked up by forklift.

A typical ratchet palletizer consists of three sections:
The magazine can be loaded by forklift or optionally via pallet jack. Pallets are dispensed using a bottom-out unstacking mechanism which allows the pallet to slide out without making contact with any of the remaining pallets. The smooth operation of the pusher ensures stabile transfer of the stacks. Safety features include a photoeye which automatically stops the pusher if an obstruction is detected in the loading area. The ratchet mechanism forwards the pallets from each station to the next simultaneously. A hydraulic flow divider ensures that both sides of the ratchet move in sync.
